AVT

The Ausbildungsverbund Teltow e. V. (AVT) has been a reliable partner in education and training since it was founded in March 1991.  

The AVT is one of the leading training and further education service providers in the Berlin and Brandenburg region. More than 3,000-course participants annually confirm their professional quality as an educational service provider. The AVT is available to companies and institutions as a project partner in national or international educational projects. 

With a modern training and further education center, which covers more than 6,700 square meters, the AVT has the appropriate capacities in the form of seminar rooms, workshops, accommodation, and supply facilities to guarantee optimal training and further education. 

The AVT operates its own master academy (master school) with over 21 different specializations, a private vocational school for professions in the hotel and catering industry, a business academy, and a service center for joint training for SMEs in the region (industrial-technical, hospitality, and commercial training professions). In addition, course participants have access to an in-house cafeteria and accommodation with single and double rooms. 

The AVT has introduced a quality management system for the scope “development, planning and implementation of training measures” and has been working successfully according to it for many years. 

In 2022, the AVT successfully completed the audit for recertification according to DIN ISO 9001:2015.
