ENAIP

Born in 1951, ENAIP Veneto is a social enterprise operating in the vocational training field. Providing its services to about 4.500 pupils and 2.200 adults every year, it is one of the main organizations operating in the VET sector in Italy, both at a regional and national level. With its 18 training centres and 320 permanent employees (+ 530 external collaborators), ENAIP Veneto’s mission is to enhance professional development and social integration through work, the growth of local economies and labour organizations. 

ENAIP Veneto operates in the following fields, on the national and international levels:

Developing people’s skills is at the heart of ENAIP’s mission, offering tailored pathways for assessment, recognition, and certification of the competencies acquired in a working and extra-curriculum training context.

Moreover, in collaboration with European and foreign partners, the International Area encourages the implementation of international development programmes, and supports collaboration in the field of VET by sharing its skills and expertise.
As a firm believer in the development of mobility activities within the education and training systems, as well as in professional settings, ENAIP Veneto works to promote the employability up- and re-skilling of young, fragile, and unemployed people.

ENAIP Veneto can draw on a long-lasting experience in the field of EU-funded projects. Its main activities and experiences at the EU level are:

• International and EU project management with expertise in learning/teaching tools and methodology, process-mapping, and dissemination plans;
• Training need and organizational analysis;
• Research on the validation/certification of non-formal and informal learning;
• Involvement in many regional/national projects on entrepreneurship and business creation;
• Training quality improvement throughout mobility and cross-border cooperation.

Drawing on its expertise, ENAIP Veneto will lead the piloting of the “Hospitality Labs” and will develop the training box for teachers and trainers for the effective delivery of the Labs.

ENAIP Veneto is part of the Italian Knowledge Triangle together with SIAV, Veneto Region, and Skills Together. The triangle aims at the elaboration of a Regional Tourism Strategy, where upskilling of the current workforce of the sector is high on the agenda.
