Tour-X team meets the BILT platform to exchange!

Last week, the Tour-X team had the pleasure to meet with the team of the BILT project.

BILT is a peer learning platform for TVET providers in Africa, Asia-Pacific and Europe. It helps them address current challenges in TVET systems arising from technological, social, environmental and workplace changes. From 2022 onwards, the BILT project work will focus on the dual transition to the digital and green economy and society. The BILT project will explore how this dual transition is developing and impacting TVET in hospitality and tourism, one of the sectors cited as important to BILT stakeholders.

In light of this, TourX and BILT discussed about the formation of a multi-regional dual transition expert group that will – among others, identify Innovation and Learning Practices in thehospitality and tourism sector.

The BILT project is implemented by the UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training
