TourX stopover in Longarone

TourX stopover in Longarone

From 6 to 9 October 2025, five female managers from various hotels and tourism associations in Brandenburg visited their Italian colleagues at ENAIP Veneto.

As part of the TourX mobility programme in project work package 4, the five power women from Brandenburg visited now the ENAIP vocational school in Longarone in the Italian Dolomites.

The visit included a tour of the regional trade fair ā€˜HORECA Dolomiti 2025’, meetings with regional companies, workshops on the organisation of vocational training and many discussions on the further development of cooperation between DEHOGA member companies and the training association ENAIP.

As always, the colleagues from the accompanying ENAIP teams were excellent hosts and competent discussion partners.

Together with the study trip participants from other TourX partner organisations, many interesting topics and questions were discussed in a creative atmosphere.

Whether visiting trade fairs, schools visiting or wine tastings, all participants quickly found common ground in their conversations, and the region’s advertising slogans ā€˜Veneto, the land of Venice’ and ā€˜Dolomites, the mountains of Venice’ were put to the test at the end of the study trip during a joint visit to the lagoon city.

The Brandenburg colleagues brought their experiences from the ENAIP students’ summer internships to Longarone in order to attract new students for a three-month vocational internship again next year. The experience gained is now being incorporated into a new ā€žErasmus+ workbookā€œ and the new ā€žErasmus+ catalogue of DEHOGA Brandenburgā€œ.

The aim is to attract more DEHOGA member companies in Brandenburg to participate in the Erasmus+ exchange programme and to ensure that the experience gained over the last two years in preparing, implementing and following up on internships for young Europeans in Brandenburg will be of long-term benefit.

Expanding the team of existing internship partners of DEHOGA Brandenburg and offering even more companies as internship locations is a great opportunity to actively shape the slogan ā€˜Brandenburg, the state around Berlin – Brandenburg, your next step in your career’.

The TourX project is the perfect framework for implementing all these ideas, with the cooperation between ENAIP Veneto and DEHOGA Brandenburg being a concrete result of the TourX project’s objectives.
