Starting in 1993 under the name of “BK Consult” as a free-lancing initiative, transferred in 2019 into the BK Consult GbR (civil law society) nowadays organised as a Limited the BK Consult GmbH can look back on around about 20 years of expertise in transnational projects having participated in the design and implementation of a total project value that exceeds the budget of 4 billion Euros, operating in multicultural environments. Having managed more than 162 projects during the last 3 decades, stakeholders of BK Consult GmbH offer extensive Project Management experience.
Within this context BK Consult GmbH has designed a standardized outcome and result-driven project management methodology that accompanies each project from the design phase to the implementation and the end of the Project’s cycle with a robust management structure, continuous monitoring activities, and a delivery control mechanism.
It provides a wide bouquet of services, facilitating educational providers through the design and delivery of competency-based training curricula, with the intention to provide added value for organizations and partners at local, regional, national, and transnational levels, for our societies, in a sustainable manner.
In the field of Quality Assurance BK Consult GmbH conducts quality assurance processes in ERASMUS KA2 and KA3 projects, like par example Digi-Path, ICT4Elders, FlyVETUp, UNIQUE, Astra, Ind4.0, etc.
